ERG Virtual Training Program (VTP) ushered a new Spring 2019 cohort of diverse professionals.
Secured a record-number of speakers for ERG Summitin Kansas City, ranging from Senior executives to affinity-group managers from across North America. This was +30% YoY. Also saw a record 40% of Summit attendees registered exclusively for ERG programming, speaking in-part to the caliber of programming.
This year, we increased ERG program sponsorship to 12 national/global companies by the likes of ADP, CBRE and Walmart.
Organized an independent ERG Leadership Symposium, in Costa Mesa, California and securing Chief Human Resources Officers and SVP speakers and garnering partnership from corporate sponsor, Experian.
Welcomed new National Director of ERG Relations, Santosh Mathew.
The team has now planned and delivered 14 national and regional ERG conferences to-date since 2014, addressed White House audiences and consulted for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
