In light of current events, NAAAP asked a panel of diverse leaders, six NAAAP board members and NAAAP’s Interim National President to discuss: Why Leadership? leading in a time of crisis, empathy, large business response to COVID-19, the effect of COVID-19 on small businesses, returning to work. Speakers drew from their recent experiences and interactions — at work, with clients and family, in social circles and associations -– to offer their guidance for individual actions as well as needed structural change. A 60-minute Q&A session followed.
