ATLANTA (Oct 21, 2013) — The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) has announced its new national leadership for 2013-2014. NAAAP is the premier leadership organization for Asian professionals.
“NAAAP has a 30+ year history of developing leadership capabilities among Asian American and Pacific Islanders in the U.S. and Canada,” said Fabian De Rozario, NAAAP national president and CEO. “I’m thrilled to work with all our Chapter leaders and National officers to deliver programs and experiences that have a positive impact in our communities. At NAAAP, we build leaders.”
NAAAP is an all-volunteer organization with chapters in 27 cities across North America supported by a National Team. The National Team consists of an Executive Team and Board of Directors.
2013-2014 NAAAP National Executive Team:

- Chief Operating Officer – Tommy Yip (Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX)
- Chief Chapter Relations Officer – Jean Lo (Hartford, CT)

A new 2014 Board of Directors comprising diversity officers, executive officers from sponsors,and pioneers in leadership development will be named before the holidays. The interim Board is currently headed by Ms. Rose Olea, the first woman to chair the Board in NAAAP’s 31 years.
Ms. Olea remarked, “Fabian’s long-standing presence in NAAAP locally in Atlanta and nationally as our Business Development Officer will not only grow the national organization, but help the chapter organizations grow as well.”
