Our Leadership Convention brings together over 400 rising and established leaders from the community to spend three days diving into educational and social networking opportunities. This year, the NAAAP Washington, D.C. Chapter will be hosting the convention under the theme “Limitless Leadership” to embrace new challenges in workspaces and the resilient efforts of professionals that yearn for growth.
